This is me
Ok, so look. This is me.
One year ago, I found myself feeling like a frumpy mom of 3, in my thirties looking at 2 choices: let myself go and continue in the misery I felt or do something about it!
I did the nursing mom's version of our program and lost 18 pounds in 7 weeks and got back to my high school weight and I feel amazing! I love looking like the healthy person I wanted to be and now that I'm at my healthy weight, my husband and I are working towards optimizing our health through planning a nutrient dense menu for our family, and exercising for enjoyment and endurance. I love having health and purpose and I'm so thankful that I found this program. When they asked me to be a health coach and help others find health, it was an easy choice for me. Now I am having a blast helping friends, family and even complete strangers create optimal health.
Results vary. Typical weight loss is 2-5 lbs per week for 2 weeks and 1-2 lbs per week thereafter.

Deployment Surprise
I love this story of life change while her husband was deployed. Boy did he get the surprise of his life when he got home and his wife was 100 pounds lighter!!!

Weight loss for Type 2 Diabetics
I want to share Molly's story in her own words. If you know someone with Type II Diabetes, please let them know I would love to help them.
"Two years ago, I was diagnosed with diabetes and my weight at the time was 245 pounds! I lost 50 pounds when I adopted a strict diabetic diet and exercised for hours daily. But then I stalled out because I couldn't keep up with the intense exercise, and the preparation and cooking took way too much time. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the rest of my weight off and the medicine was making me feel gross. That's when I learned about this program. I lost the last 50 pounds without effort, and now I weigh 155! I'm active and healthy. I feel fit and fabulous, like my outside finally matches my inside. But the best thing? I don't have to take medication anymore. None! I'm so grateful I found this wonderful program."

All in the Family
I love when families join together and create the change they want!
Meet Gary & Sarah! A father/daughter duo getting healthy together! Gary is down 74 pounds so far. Sarah is pushing 80 pounds lost . . . and they are STILL going strong! They are in ministry and they are inspiring so many others to become healthier!
